Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Customer identification.

· Client Acquisition, retention and renewal.

· Client follow-up.

· Grievance Handling.

· Lead generation.

· Reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis to the concerned Managers via CRM software.

· Manage Client Relationship.

· Achieve Sales target.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

· Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services.

· Letting customers know about other services the company offers.

· Achieving client relationship targets and KPI as set by the Head of Sales.

· Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients..

· Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.

· Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Job Profile: Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Conducting quality audits and maintaining various quality reports related to Call .

· Need to do Quality Checks of Call.

· Feedback delivery for Monitored calls.

· Conducting Quality Sessions for Training/ OJT Batches.

· Required to compile audit results of the team in excel.

· Fortnight calibration with floor supervisors/ managers.

Skills Required :-

· Should be familiar with Audit sheet (Critical & Non Critical Parameters).

· Must be able to take initiatives basis the Quality audits and other data points.

· Strong analytical Skills.

· Good Communication skills.

· Ability to lead associates and drive Quality culture on the floor.

· Someone from Complaint specialist team is preferred.


Job Profile: HR Recruiter/ Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

· Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

· On board new employees in order to become fully integrated.

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.

· Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.

· Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.

· Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions.

· Analyze data using statistical software.

· Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.

· Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.

· MBA Finance

Job Profile:- IT Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

· Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.

· Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

· Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.

· Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

· Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

· Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.

· Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

· Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

· Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
